The Visit USA Committee Ireland was delighted to participate at the Holiday World Show, Dublin. The Committee’s mission is to promote travel to the US and visitors to the stand could get information on the various destinations and the entry requirements.

On the first day of the Show, the US Pavilion was officially opened by Claire Doherty, Chairperson of the Visit USA Committee Ireland.

Tony Lane, Executive Director of the Visit USA Committee Ireland also participated in the Travel Talk with Eoghan Corry panel discussion on What’s New in the USA. Topic covered included, the ever-increasing number of routes between Ireland and the US and the importance of making ESTA applications well in advance of the intended date of travel.

The show took place at the R.D.S Simmonscourt from the 25th – 27th January 2019 and attracted an incredible 40,000 plus attendees over the course of the weekend.
